Commercial & industrial solar self-consumption
Produce the energy your business uses during the day, on your roof or on nearby land. We size the plant from your real consumption, so every kWh it produces has somewhere to go.
What a self-consumption project includes
- Load profile analysis (15-minute consumption data)
- Sizing with or without export of surplus to the grid
- Roof, ground-mounted or carport installation
- Permitting with the energy authority
- Optional battery storage
- Monitoring of production and self-consumption
- Collective self-consumption and renewable energy communities
How we work
- 01
Consumption
We analyse bills and the load profile to learn when and how much you consume.
- 02
Sizing
We calculate the capacity that maximises self-consumption and return on investment.
- 03
Permit & install
We handle registration and install the plant with minimal disruption to your operations.
- 04
Monitoring
Track production and savings from the monitoring platform.
What you get
- Self-consumption study
- Technical and financial proposal
- Registration or licence

Frequently asked questions
What is a self-consumption unit (UPAC) in Portugal?
A generation unit that produces electricity mainly for the owner's own use, with the option to sell the surplus to the grid. The regime is set out in Decree-Law No. 15/2022.
Do I need a permit to install solar panels at my company?
It depends on the capacity. Small installations only require prior notification; larger ones need registration and an operating certificate, or a licence. We handle the whole process.
Can I share the energy with other companies?
Yes, through collective self-consumption or a renewable energy community, which share production among several nearby consumers.
