What data we process
Only the data you send us through the form: name, company, email, phone, country, project location, area or capacity, and your message.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or social media tools, and does not build browsing profiles.
Why we use it and on what basis
To answer your request, review your project or land and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and the consent you give when sending the form (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request and no more than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract results from it, in which case statutory retention periods apply.
Who has access
Ibesolar and the providers that help us run the website, acting as processors: website development and maintenance (C&E Studio ESPJ, Spain), hosting (Cloudflare, Inc.) and form email delivery (Resend, Inc.). Any transfer outside the European Economic Area is covered by the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time, using the email ibesolar@gmx.es or this website's contact form.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

This website does not use analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. The hosting provider may set strictly necessary technical cookies to protect the website against abusive traffic, which do not require consent. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent.
